loved hip hop as a kid age 6-13 it was my favorite music. you need to find good rap. 81% of rap today i have to say

is complete shit

rappers talking about taking a hit

a bullet to the head

and shooting out caps of lead

Well that's just megalomania. I loved listening to wrap from years 1994-2001 and then discovering the origins in the 80s. Beastie boys were some of my favorite when i was a youngster. And obviously everyone listened to M+m in the year 2000

Hi Jose:

Poetry has its own rhythm. Thus, I am not fond of "RAP." Then, again I never found good Rap. Probably because it doesn't exist.

This is my opinion. It is not meant to discourage you.

thank you for you reply,humm even tho i respect your opinion i have to disagree,mainly because "rap" its misunderstood,im not english im born in portugal and lived in france for 6years,i never had the chance to graduate from school due to circusmtances as a kid,but i feel that music is art and some artists out there are very poetic rappers ,with positive views and msg,most of the time people dont want to know about this music mainly because of stereotypes,but it is a very vivid form of poetry...
