How this got 4000+ views is beyond me. This video is trash and the vc obviously doesn't know how to gun lance a blos properly.

There's an easy method to do this, juz jump onto the ledge and only use the bullets, takes sometime but its almost confirm u will not lose

Really you are kind of right on the part that you dont use them as your primary way of dealing damage. But your shots are needed to chain together deadly combos since you can stab right after a shot, and if you line up your Wyverns Fire correctly it can really hurt the beastie you are fighting lol. (up to four-five hits in a single shot is really nice)
