  • i had the same thing happen to me once i gave my gf a Camera cost me bout $400 bucks and she gave me a cologne i had no problem cause i understood where she was comming from and i asked her to not feel bad because it is the thought that counts. after this i asked her not to get me anything rather do things with me which for me it counts a lot more then any gift...

  • I had major gift giving pressure this year. My boyfriend got me a computer. He spent $1500 on me.  The most I could afford was a $100 bottle of cologne - and I felt bad.

  • lol. That is how my boyfriend is. He usually gives me really nice and pricey gifts and he never expects anything in return but my happiness and affection.
