Too true. It usually is a lot better to talk to a real person most of the time, but Idk, sometimes I want the automated system, when I am calling for something that I just want to be done quickly I find myself hoping its just a comp talking and I only have to press a few buttons. There's no connection, but I also don't have to worry about wasting time being misunderstood by someone... But maybe that's the young generation coming in...??
