My biggest complaint with Classics Grimlock (see my review, albiet it has sucky audio) is his transformation. With some customization (fix some paint aps I hate here, remove the extra head, glue his robot torso together, he'd made a great replacement or side by side on the shelf.

Don't know if anyone posted this yet but there are little yellow levers on the back of grimlock's feet you can pull out to add more support to help him stand up. Keeps him from falling backwards. I have one that I custom colored to match the G1 animated version. Turned out pretty good. I recommend it if you are good with painting. I'll post it one time.

yeah, when you get right down to it, The only Grimlock that was not 100% G1 inspired right down to the transformation was the alternator and Classics.

Ultimatemaxter whats the articulation on energon grimlock?

He can bend at the knees and waist, and his arms have 4 points of articulation each. Plus his head moves left to right. So he has some movement.
