Great job! I had my band in 11/11/09 and have gone from a 42 waist to a 34 and from a XL shirt to a M. I am down 51lbs. I started at 254lbs. I'm still hovering a little over 200 but my goal is around 175 since I'm only 5' 6" tall. Keep up the great work your videos have been very inspiring.
