@americandiscocrash never mind. i found it. it is a scopitone, so now the bizarreness of it makes so much sense, too much sense. i imagine many men in a bar seeing this and wondering how they are going to get up from the stool with a hard on. i mean, not that this music does it, but hearing french turns people into gomez addams, it is a scientific fact.
