On the heels of the 300 movie and tales of the workouts the actors did, here is an intense spartan style workout guaranteed to make you queasy!Since the filming of the 1st attempt, we have made some minor changes to the workout, but here is the general protocol:
Heavy Bag Stair Climb (hold in arms) 5 sets of 4 flights
Giant Tire Flip Jumps 5 sets of 5
Ring Pull-ups 5 sets of 5
Ring Push-ups 5 sets of 10
Medicine Ball Roll-up w/slam 5 sets of 10
Plate Push 5 sets of 30yds @ 225 lbs.

Nice. The only thing is your sidebar says you do this quite often. I'm just wondering because the actors actually never did the same thing twice and only some did the 300 test once.
