Training for some serious cheating !

@jonafromwales ....Train like TARZAN... play like JANE

Just to keep them generally fit but these videos are also for abit of a laugh, they wont to come across to serious or people would probably find them too elitist.

I'm not being funny but I think almost every NZ rugby training video that is put up on youtube isn't them training that hard. Wales so far train harder judging from youtube vids and other teams so where are the real videos of them training hard etc..?

@bailian1110 Not Mr Bean

@gzuss090909 I think deltoids are the muscles that connect the chest and the arm, & a rugby player Would def need those muscles work right lol

Also fast food is bad for you because:
The type of oil used for the frying, the chips are fried in fat which is very high in cholestrol & the fillings are made with so many preservatives, chemicals and so much sugar and very high levels of salt! Anybody who eats alot of Maccy D should get regular blood pressure checks! So if you can always go for organic! The milk shakes are full of sugar, and the restaurants dont do enough to force customers to dispose packaging responsably -litter

I'm no expert - I have read news papers, magazines, seen tv programmes about it and have worked in the catering industry for 10 yrs so took interest in how food gets to the table. I am no expert in farming but ok meat in NZ Mcdonalds may be sourced from New Zealand,still doesn't change the processes - meaning very quickly fattened up cattle - the only way you can do this cheaply and quick is by steroids.Introducing chemicals/hormone feeds into the food chain is risky - thus BSE!
-
@IHaveReallyGottaSHIT no BSE comes from feeding cattle ground-up bonemeal which was produced from the BSE infected cattle or had somehow got into contact with the infected livestock. This ground-up bonemeal is known as "cereal" and its probably mixed with straw and all sorts of growth hormone etc - so no this "cereal" is not the same as in our human sense of the word ( like corn flakes, bran flakes, frosties, cocoa-puffs, weetabix etc).

@MovieMad007 yeah, granted. but It's been stated by mcdonalds that new zealand mcdonalds only ever source the meat from new zealand.. the far bigger majority of new zealand beaf is free-ranged and like you said, organic.. so that becomes the cheaper option. it's most likely low quality still, and im not doubting that it is still super unhealthy, but its STILL new zealand meat.. and idk much about farming, but bse comes from feeding cattle, corn?
SB acted all casual but I bet he snuck back when everyone went home and did 7 hours.
