This is the second section (10 minutes) of a 34 minute exercise cycle ride that allows you to determine your own effort input. Its intended to be watched whilst you spin on your indoor exercise cycle or roller system.

The videos follow one another so the best way to use them is to play the playlist if you want the sections to automatically play.
Finally but most importantly you are responsible for your own health so please please please do not exceed your capabilities when exercising. If you feel any discomfort you should stop immediately.
Hi folks just to let you know I will be creating two further channels in the near future. One will focus on virtual exercise rides similar to those posted already here, and the other channel will focus on relaxation videos filmed at scenic locations. I will post more details once the channels are up with some content.
