Life's What You Make It (A JB story) chapter 1

Okey.. So this is the first chapter :) Please be nice and leave comments and keep in mind that this is the first fanfic for me to write.
Now to the story :)

Nick (as Jerry) and Getlin texting:
Getlin : Hi Jer! How's the weather in LA? Im just bein bored in history ;)
Nick : Hi Getu! Too bad for you :) Im enjoyin the view in front of me. Hot chick at twelve o'clock :)
Getlin : *thinking : he is just too weird with little remarks like this* lol. ask her out then. if she agrees of course ;)
Nick : *thinking : well I'd ask you out but you wouldn't come Get.* yeah.. I'll try ;)
Getlin : Well, good luck then. let me know how it goes. besides teacher is looking at me funny. oops! gotta go. bye Jer!
Nick : 'll do my best. hope u don't get busted. good luck. bye Get.
*end of texting*

Nick's POV
I felt so bad lying to Getlin but I had to. I have wanted to tell her that I'm actually Nick J for a couple of months but I don't know how. Besides as she told me "she adored Joe". Kevin and Joe were actually still sleeping since it was like 9AM and we just had a concert last night. But I couldn't sleep. And then Getlin texted me and we just started talking like always. She lives in Dallas and since we are going to Dallas on a performance, I could meet up with her. I don't know where that idea came from. I don't know. I have to talk to Kev. He's so smart about stuff like that. A hour passed as I was thinking and Kevin had woken up.
"Morning Nicky" he said coming out of the bunk.
"Morning Kevin" I replied. I didn't want to disturb him with stuff like that right after he woke up. A bit cranky he would be. So I waited until he made himself coffee and showered. I was still sitting on the couch with a half eaten sandwich in front of me.

Kevin's POV
I had a bad dream. Again. Its so annoying. I saw this gorgeous girl falling off a cliff and I couldn't help her. She just fell. Right before she touched the ground I woke up. Great. took off from my bunk, saw Nick sitting on the couch, very concentrated on something.
"Morning Nicky" I said.
"Morning Kevin" said Nick kind of weirdly. I didn't let myself be bothered about it now and it seemed that he wanted to say something but knew that I had to have my coffee. So I made it, showered and went to sit on the couch, staring at Nick.
"So.. Thinking about Getlin?" I said.

Nick's POV
Kevin sat down with his coffee next to me on the couch.
"So.. Thinking about Getlin?" he said.
Kevin knew me too well. He could read me like an open book.
"Yeah.." I replied quietly. "We're performing in Dallas in about a month, aren't we?"
Kevin nodded. It looked like he knew what I wanted to ask.
"And Getlin lives in Dallas. So I thought that if I maybe possibly probably could meet her and ask her to the concert?" I asked very slowly, looking out of the window. Doing everything not to look at Kevin because I know he's smirking right now. I just knew it. I waited for a minute, still no answer and looked at Kevin.



Nothing special.. Sorry, only Kevin and Nick in this one. Hope you liked it. I'll be posting again soon, because I really started to like it. I actually have a really good idea for another story. So maybe you'll see a new story soon. So I really need to thank SimLover1406 :) for pushing me into that thing. And now I'm addicted :) So read her stories and mine :) But for the next chapter:
What will be Kevin's answer? What will Nick do? What will Getlin do? And will Joe ever wake up since everyone else is already awake :)? What will happen? Let me know what YOU think will happen :) Thanks for reading.
