  • Z would because she is more physically and mentally matured. Hence 5 year old mare.

  • Nice interview, Larry, you really ask the tough questions - lol.. This controversy is great for racing. At a major track on a weekend, I bet the crowd for a race with both RA and Z in it would be larger than for any of this years triple crown races.

  • @RidingWithRuffian they are th best filly and mar ein this time but kincsem is the greatest mare and ruffian is the greatest filly

but if you look at it, they all use different racing techniques and it would be a nail biter

  • @Slew103 zenyatta isnt the best female racehorse the world has ever seen, she is one of them, but ruffian is the greatest female racehorse ever, if it came to a race between ruffian and zenyatta, zenyatta couldnt handle ruffian!

  • @Slew103

Zenyatta was late in her 5 year-old year when she finally faced males. And she had her homestate, surface, and experience advatage on pretty much all of the horses. Had it rained no doubt she would have scratched. Rachel Alexandra faced up to the best 3 year-olds, and older males that year had to offer. If you beleive Macho Again and Bullsbay who recently came off G1 wins are weak, you have some serious handicapping problems.

  • @Slew103

Bullcrap. Why do you think she didn' race on mud, dirt, and MALE horses or even good competition often? People made Zenyatta's groundbreaking record , in shattering Pepper's Prides alighty streak the best thing ever. But in all seriousness she cam out once a year to beat up on good competition. Running 5 or 6 rces a year is a pathetic campaign on the Mosses part, since she is such an incredible phenomena. Rachel Alexandra danced every dance as a 3 YEAR-OLD!

  • slew103 dont forget ventura, azeri, quija board..they are good too. richael is better then z,, can u c z couldnt make twice agains boys..why cus she wasnt in california,,a good horse run any track like ventura azeri quija board...z is just a good runner but not a vest horse ever...she is not meant to run agains boys cant handle

  • @Slew103 Hm, Zenyatta, Rachel AND Ruffian are the best fillys. Let they be so great how they are now - but your right, Rachel wouldn´t have a chance at 1 1/4 ;) Hm, wondering if there are any Zenyatta Breyer model horses...? 8D

  • @Kostly

Its not RA, its Jess Jackson doesn't want anything to do with Z...unless large sums of money are involved...

  • Rachel Alexandre Wins the race against Zennitta by 1 milemeter

  • Zenny rules!
