@jagang32 10 these blokes done 23 for the day, 30 during peak. I've seen side,quarter and table boning and guess what, table boning rates 3rd on the list. !0 beef a day doesn't rate in NZ plants.

hi mean vid bro wear you from ,im in new zealand im also a beef boner our tally was 660 with 8 boners in 8hrs we just had a huge makeover now our tally is 1200 a day with 16 boners 8 on each side

its way more easy to get a bull or prime ox clean boned because the cow bones are really ugly sometimes

the tone room is just out of the boning room. we sharpen our knifes b4 work and that should last you to the next day or so unless
you cut your hook then you gotta struggle till smoko

its interesting to watch this as i work in a beef boning plant we have a 405 body tally each day that include prime steer prime beef bull and cow everyday. our room is a lot bigger then this though. more people. do you guys vacum pack any meat?

yup just the cuberoll, striploin and tenderloin ,
our tally is usually between 300 and 350 max but we got like 12 boners though i think thats a lot of boners lol
