  • Uno stile completamente andato perduto, questo modo di eseguire Chopin, ma forse è anche meglio. Sembra molto di più una composizione ritrovata di recente, che viene eseguita per la prima volta in pubblico. Tanto rispetto a Wilhelm Backhaus, ma se suoni così al diploma oggi, forse ti fermano prima della fine !!! Preferisco quando esegue Haydn oppure Beethoven !!!

  • Backhaus: l'un des plus grands pianistes de la première moitié du XX siècle, maintenant à tort un peu oublié.

  • A great performance by this famous Beethoven/Brahms artist- he wished he could play Chopin more but impressarios wanted him in the classic realm. The coordination of the hands is a marvel.
