Great synopsis.
Clients currently embroiled in Cloud 1.0 and we are focusing our future planning on Cloud 2.0, terms we intend to adopt.
We will promote the work of this author as we migrate clients to the Cloud, amazingly powerful video. Keep up the great work. Would like to see more work by the author. Is there a blog?

Nicely articulated. Most enterprises are still struggling to migrate to 1.0, let alone figure out what 2.0 is. And entrenched vendors who have to re-architect their applications are behind as well. There is a lack of vision and strategic foresight. Many of them will miss this inflection point, and will play catch up...
