Hi tvnguyen1976,
I showed the sauces in the video, but I personally don't add any of the sauces to mine. I love mine with only extra white onions, tons of jalapenos and a handful of basil added in. But indeed, many folks love to add the sauces to give the Pho a flavor best suited to their tastes.
