Saturday 9th May 2009... on a very wet and windy day Princess Elizabeth 6201 stormed through Garsdale on the Cumbrian Mountain Express Tour. The chap in the camera shot is my Dad (aka The Doodyman - check out his clips too).

The second clip shows her (as light engine only) on her return to Crewe passing through Hest Bank level crossing.

  • Great Video. Loved The Going Away Shot.

  • yes, my family thought i was mad this weekend racing off to aberystwyth then back but at least i got a footplate ride

  • Thanks very much Steve. It was so cold, wet and windy up there it was difficult to keep the camera steady, hence the wobbly middle! Rach
