  • PLEAZE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T LET THE REBOOT HAVE THIS STORYLINE

  • People complain too much. Just go with the flow. It's still Spider-man either way. Btw, Anti-Venom ftw.

  • so... is my spidergirl comics worth shit now???

  • The Fluff page might of been helpful for people who are not olng time readers

  • I laughed my fucking head off at him when he was making fun of spiderman

  • @Virgofenix Keep pressing 5.

  • I liked the Gauntlet storyline.

  • @ToonGoon1 You can take comfort in the fact that, as I said, comic books are cyclical. In 5-10 years When writers and readers are bored of a single non committed Peter Parker there will be another ugly messy reboot where Peter discovers what he's done and sets about to fix it (cuz he's a good guy like that). That'll leave us with a Marvel U where Peter is married and Aunt May is alive (she'll never die for good.) And there will probably be some great stories about Peter's enduring love for MJ.

  • @ToonGoon1 One more Day was ugly and messy, but I believe necessary in order to reinvigorate what can often become a stale medium. I don't want comics to become the comfort food of entertainment where I check in every thirty days to see Spider-man happily get along with his wife until they have yet another half-hearted fight about her worrying over him being Spider-man. I want my comics to take risks and tell great stories.

  • I highly recommend reading One Moment in Time. It explains everything. I was like you and HATED One More day and actually stopped buying amazing Spider-man, but a friend of mine lent me the trades. After an appropriate mourning period I read them and actually loved them. I think the constantly rotating creative teams are great and Spider-man is fresh and exciting. The fact is comic books are cyclical. How many times has Aunt May died? How many times has Daredevil been unmasked?

  • I Won't buy any spider-man comic that takes place after one more day and just wait until they change it back to the way it was before one more day
