  • @Merrybandoruffigans thanks for the compliment. We believe it's all about proper form.  The more engaged you are and the better instruction that you have, the better the workout. And as you know, sticking with it is key.

  • wow. I am so sorry that I doubted Plates as a serious workout.

    I have done competitive martial arts for the past 4 years and I always thought that this wasn't a "real exercise"

    How wrong I was. I'm sweating after this. PLATES IS GREAT! I can't wait to keep doing these workouts. Thanks for posting them, you have made me a believer :)
