Euro NCAP | Citroen C3 | 2009 | Crash test

Frontal Impact takes place at 64 Km/h, 40% of the width of the car striking a deformable barrier. In the side impact, a mobile deformable barrier impacts the driver's door at 50 km/h. In the pole test, the car tested is propelled sideways at 29km/h into a rigid pole.

A really safe car...it deserves 5 stars but it took only 4 because Citroen didn't put ESP as standard in C3...I think they have to...

@LeoGrofVanBorut you mean it is because of the software?But the higher editions of C3 are fitted with ESP...Anyway but the right choice is to buy a C3 with ESP for extra safety! :-)

@lazakas they did put the ESP in 2009 c3 , but in the newer models because the software needed some changes....
