You will learn about this when you look into vegan baking. I used to make tofu chocolate pudding in my vegan days too, so I guess you could make fillings with tofu as well with the right flavorings. I loved the tofu puddings. On the other hand my brother was grossed out - telling me the pudding tasted like tofu plus flavorings LOL

You kinda make it sound like those localized items are all that's available at Dunkin Donuts in Korea. I have to say I have seen the EXACT same items as the ones they had in the states, and that's part of the reason why I kinda went there often (Now I just don't go to any junk food store at all). I'm guessing the reason why tofu donut taste so good is because tofu can actually used in baking as a replacement for eggs.
