iv had this condition sinse i was 16 im 21 now, iv worked out 5 times a week for the last 3 years thinking it would help but it hasnt changed a thing.. i dont take of my t shirt on holiday if i do im always fiddleing with my nipples to make them shrink for a few seconds but im just paranoid bout them it fucks me off... but il get over it im sure when i get older lol

lee, if it bothers you enough to make you self conscious you might want to consider surgery. The procedure is scarless and relatively cheap considering the benefits of not having to worry about your chest in public.

Hey I'm 14 and I notice that I had puffy nipples. Two months later, yesterday, I finally realized that I have this condition. Currently it's on my left side by I can see that my right is starting to puff... What should I do? Can I get rid of it easily from the early stages?
