North Forks Cardi COLT available on the East Coast!
This stunning colt descends from Welsh Royalty. Poet's sire is the popular Section D Welsh Cob International and FEI Champion North Forks Brenin Cardi. Poet has inherited Cardi's exceptional talent and gentle temperament. He is strong with excellent bone and substance. He has true Welsh movement with good strides and plenty of suspension- top quality free movement in all 3 gaits.
The dam is a Welsh/TB cross which throws more strength and thoroughbred influence into the total package. Dam's sire is Beavermans Shayman- also a successful Welsh sire.
Poet earned a Premium Silver at his RPSI inspection in August.
Poet has a very sweet temperament- he is handled and is very people oriented. His disposition compliments his handsome markings. His is a rich bay color and he has a beautiful blaze that ends in a cross at the muzzle which is very unusual. He has lots of chrome an is flashy. He has a pretty face with a kind eye.
Poet will mature to a larger pony. The estimated height will be about 14.3. He will be competitive in all the sport arenas. He is a good choice for dressage, jumping, combined training and combined driving. He has that "look at me' attitude and will be a headturner in any ring!
