is the touch screen integrated to the LCD?? My Defy's screen stays off, but it responds to touch (the softkey too)!

Same problem with oherzeleido. My menu button led is busted. anybody knows how to fix it?

I have a problem with the keys under the screen backlight. Diode is not lit ( search button ) . It can be repaired without mentioning the screen? From what I've seen that light is combined with a screen plate.

i wanted to take a look at the ear speaker on my defy because it's sound really scratchy, but i guess it's not worth it. i don't even have any plastic tools anyway.

I live in Mauritius – Had a friend buy the DEFY in UK for me last december. Ear Speaker went dead after a month. Motorola wouldn't help at all. Said they would only ship to a UK address... (the bastards)
Had to ship back to my friend who took the phone to the shop and after he had it repaired gave it to my uncle who got here two weeks ago...
The whole process took 5 months...
Now two weeks later, the stupid ear speaker goes dead again! WTF!!!! Who am I Supposed to yell against????
