  • @LayerPop1 fuck yourself and then fuck yourself again.this man spent four years trying to capture this 44lb beutiful creature and all he wanted was a nice bunch of photos to keep and maybe show the grandchildren.they are not trophy shots their memorys, happy carping memorys. so go fuck offtwat

  • wow look at that beast. wish I could catch a carp that size. my pb is a 11 pounder but was a nice fish.

  • not sure where you live mate, but get on Frimley 3, its full of big commons ;)

  • layer pop your right itis the fish that counts. The reason we hold the carp up for photos is to put the size in perspective. If everyone photoed fish on the unhooking mat it would be too easy for people to cheat and say it was bigger than it was.

  • I have just finished reading chilly book - light my fire. After the time he has spent on this lake he really deserves the capture of his dream. Well done mate

  • Layer pop u nob this is how carp anglers take our pics if u dont like it go back to trout angling and it looks worst on the mat you dohnut

  • if the fish is not held by the angler & just left on the mat, there,s more chance of the carp flapping around and injuring itself even if it is on a mat

    Andy

  • Are you for real LayerPop? All types of anglers have themselves in the shot, in fact every angling photo taken in the last 20 years is like that, it's got nothing to do with magazines! and as for the ridiculous comment about a picture of a fish laying on the floor is better photography skills than a one in the arms of its captor... you must be stoned mate!!

  • Well in!

    Quality fish!

  • Very nice fish but why the need for all the trophy shots? I think you could get a much better photo of the fish on the mat with a rod/reel by its side. Why don't carp anglers learn better photography skills...or is it that if they haven't got thier mug shot with the fish they'll worry they won't get in the papers/magazines?? sad really...it's the fish that counts
