  • not everyone can do some dips with that much weight, so congrats on that but as an exercise adding that much weight diminishes any type of form. Your dips go from a good tricep/upper chest workout to a tricep/upper chest/back/shoulder workout. the more muscle groups you are using the less you target stimulation in a certain area for growth and strenght gains

  • You've got some good strength,though im pretty sure i couldn't push my woman, shes probs around 180-190lbs,lol!
