Herbal Essences shampoo and sunsilk conditioner. I wash it every 5-6 days.

Do you ever worry about "cones" and "sulfates"? Read negative things about these on LHC....

My hair likes cones and I have never had a problem with them.
I never use shampoo with Ammonium sulfate, but use the less damaging Sodium Laureth/laurel Sulfate,which is a surfactant. I also use oraganic shampoos by Jason and Avalon with no cones or sulfates but the smell is not too good!
