Bidray.com Commissioned Commercial

An ad I created for the auction website, bidray.com. It came out quite well considering I created it on the fly and with crayons. I must have destroyed several boxes of crayons for this. I shot each individual frame seperately with my Canon Digital Rebel XTI and created the stop-motion elements on the fly. The crumpling paper transitions acctualy came as an afterthought so I shot those scenes a day later. Luckily, I hadn't moved any of the equipment or lights so it came out perfectly.

It's a good advert, very well created, but isn't Bid ray a scam that encourages people to spam each other, persuading them to sign up and charges a dollar for each bid instead of a penny? e.g. $20 for 20 bids

exactly, but if ur smart.... just watch the normal sale price of something like a wii is normally around 3 dollars, start bidding then. But im never gonna use this site.

Youre rite but i have been watching the site closely and some people are getting good deals basically it is luck. Just now i watched the timer go down to 0 on a bid and the person won 25 dollar itunes gift card for 4.00 which equaled the .04 ammount.

this site is a scam.... the fee is a dollar, so each bid is 1.01 and when you bid the timer is reset, so you have to hope that no one bids on the dirt cheap thing you want, and people will bid until it gets to a normal retail price, at which point, you could get a better deal by looking around for a sale or something.
