Before you tell me this isnt possible, it is. Heres what you do.
Open up the pokemon black game(I'm assuming you have the rom). Apply the "WALK THROUGH WALLS" code via the GameShark tool, and make your way to the cave where you find Mewtwo in Cerulean. You will be able to walk into the cave without the person having to move.
Next, stick in the code for Mew
Next Mewthree X will appear. Use a masterball and capture it if you like.
***NOTES***
♫ Yes, I obviously Hacked...
♫ You can obtain many strange pokemon by putting in other random "catch any pokemon" codes.
♫ YOU MUST USE THE CODES FOR FIRERED USA. Dont use leafgreen. Dont use the japanese codes. They will all be different codes and won't result in this mewthree x effect.

**NOTE**
There is a difference between Mewthree and Mewthree X. They are two diffrerent pokemon. There's also Mew trance. Don't tell me it isn't the real thing because they're all different pokemon.
Also, I'm assuming that if you try to transfer Mewthree X to a different game, my guess(I haven't actually tried this) but I would bet money that it would just come out as mew. Because Mew to R/B/Y is Mewthree X to Chaos Black.
