Actually, you can smell the steam from the heater if you know what you are smelling. I'd recognise that smell anywhere. It creates hydrogen gas. to be honest, we never used the heater for the food, because you can use it to warm yourself on cold nights, or make a bomb from it using a plastic bottle. It's not a dangerous bomb, just a loud diversionary tactic.

Odorless can't smell the heater Non Magnesium but, "damm that rock over there smells like beef stew." LOL

It was so nice of the chaps to take off all of their gear for a sniper, especially liked the removal of the headset (we wouldn't want our mates to know what was happening in our part of the sand box...now would we?). Removal of the body armour also makes the vital spots easier to find, just aim center mass and pull the trigger.
