Travel in Russia 2009

This is a small piece of a journey in Russia summer of 2009, 4900 kilometers in six days, mostly searching smaller roads beacuse getting the big adventure, started from oure homes in north sweden with destination Arkhangelsk or Moscow, ended up in Arkhangelsk near the white sea and later turned back home for another roads trough many nice Karelya villages, then up to Murmask for a fast visit, cities we also wisit too was Petrozavodsk and Kargopool, many smaller villages couldn´t count em all, only musik i`ll find suitable for a adventure like this was Hans Zimmer, Thanx for that, photos movie clips & the movie from myself, early in Russia i got wiring problem with the camera could not fix that properly so many nice scenerys got lost, of course there is many fresh or new built /reparied roads in Russia but thats not exiting as the small ones

Du gjorde resan jag drömmer om! Hur svårt var det med visum, och att få in hojen i landet? Hur övernattade du?

@a3519 Det är lätt att få ryskt visum, tar c:a 2 veckor via barents tour center som håller ett lågt pris på visumen, inga problem att få in hojjen, du kan nuförtiden köra på egen trafikförsäkring om du skaffar ett grönt kort via försäkringsbolaget, kom dock ihåg att det är endast trafikförsäkringen som gäller, det finns helförsäkring att teckna men vet ej var, ett måste i tullen är regbeviset i original och en varudeklaration för mc & bagage för in & utgång, tält och hotell gäller, /Niklas

I really need to go russia with my bike some day. It's only about 500km to St. Petersburg from here. Maybe I'll still start my adventurism from Estonia. It's much easier for beginner =)

Россия страшная страна. Люди идут на базар не знают или вернутся домой живыми. Россия по опасности занимает строчку рядом с Ираком и Сомали. Могадишо-Москвавишо. Багдад - ленинград... русские уезжают массово. Я был в Черновцах год назад и видел там русских которые зарабатывают на пропитание экзотическими танцами маленьких медвежат под аккомпанемент электробалалайки. Там стоят москали и опустошают vodku

On my opinion, it was not a coincedence that the first man who flew to the outer space was a Russian man.Not a man from a Capitalist country, not a rich businessman.But the simple man who did not think about money at the time, like many others around him though.He was born here in afree land, he lived in a free country.Free from money.And God has chosen this country to get the first in the outer space.Think about it. And think well.It is normal to be poor. It is bad to be rich.
