  • Good to see that the top of gov't doesn't support the proposed bill.

    The sound is hard to understand in many places. It would be good to re-upload this video with subtitles. Especially since most viewers will not be accustomed to English spoken with an African accent.

    Looks like the bill will fail. That's a relief.
