Yeah, he could've at least turned this off for 46 seconds he needed to record the video. Besides, his an irresponsible dumbass. Instead of doing this during the day on a dry road, he accelerates to 160 in the city, on a wet road with a line of cars on the right.
I'm not saying he would crash. Probably wouldn't but why not do it on a dry road without so many cars in the vicinity?
