That's my "Old Man Hole" so I can get some lift on the ball!
I'm 63, have tennis elbow and a dislocated ring finger. I had the index finger drilled so could at least get some sort of lift on the ball!
The thing is, it works really good. I had a few of other bowlers try out my 3 finger ball and they loved it as well. I think if I had that 3rd hole in from the start I wouldn't have tennis elbow now.
Give it a try. It will add 20 pins to your average!

Nice shot, but what is that other finger ''vise'' on your ball ?

@StoneCold75 Yes. If you go to bowl(dot)com you can look it up under equipment.

im sry bout i cant throw a weak ball like tht, a urethane is out and the new is reactive balls, like the virtual gravity, fast, furious, hell i still throw the silver streak, nd tht ball hooks more than a rhino

@basballplayr5 yeah the Rhino doesn't work that well on the long and heavy oil at Slatebowl. I still have it just in case.

hey, great to see this ball on video. i have a turquoise rhino from 1988 that i still use. since my return to bowling last year after a 15 yr absence, i've steadily increased the revolutions to the pins and got the release good enough to finally break down and buy one of those new tech balls!

@rallyden thought I sent a reply, but now I don't see it?! Yeah I was off for about 8 years and just returned last season. Can't throw 16 lbs any more. Bought 14 lb AMF Mega Friction and Nkryption code that are now working well for me. But had to give up any hopes of cranking again. It's pretty much down and in off the 7 from now on I guess. 1 second ago
