MHF2: Tigrex Training SnS

My first MHF2 vid. They recommended doing a training vid, and I thought SnS would be the most difficult Tigrex training for most people.

Sword & Shield. Good choice, some people think it's the toughest one, like you, but I think that this is the best weapon to kill the Tigrex "fast" and no deaths. This is just the gamers choice of wich weapon you want. Still nice vid. 4/5.

Actually, I don't find any Tigrex training hard, but I saw alot of people complaining about SnS Tigrex Training so I made a vid.

Maybe I should start making MHF2 vids again... Or I'll just wait for Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G.

No idea. You can check it yourself, just go to the Tigrex Training and see what equipment the SnS training uses. I only know it's KutKu + some kind of piercing headpiece.

Im HR6 and i still cant beat this training...so im gonna use what i learned from this video and try to kill it. Hope it works. Wish me luck people!

@APAKane oh and all that rant and stuff on my part wasnt necessary, just gettin arrogant cus of how much ive played this game and when people say that a weapon type that i sometimes enjoy annoys me, because sometimes i seems to think im a master, who cant get to Ucam...

@pillarofire Looking back, I don't see my point either. I was mostly just venting my frustration at how badly SnS blocking fares in this matchup. I eventually just beat him with the lance setup.

@APAKane i really dont see your point at all, either your trying to play defencivly with a mobile weapon, your blocking the wrong way, or your just plain dumb. truth is capcom made this game for all weapons to be effective if used the correct way, and they gave us abilites to assist in somewhat pacthing up any difficulties the particual weapon may have, like blocking techniques for the sns if you want it, or affinity+ for defeating origional negetive affinity.

@APAKane no its just that you suck with it, plus an even balnce of the two is defiantly the best, lance renders you immoble, you can block all you want, but you sure as hell wont be able to do shit on anything faster than a kut-ku, sns allows you to move fatser than any blademaster weapon, and it gives you a sheild, the sword is for fast attacks with strong elemental or special damage, and grants the ability to dart away, plus you can use items with the weapon out, unlike any other weapon.

@pillarofire Don't be pedantic. If you don't want your comment to be replied to any more, delete it. Also, the lance has proper blocking, and SnS does not; that's what I was getting at. Should either be full blocking, or full dodging, SnS sucks.

@APAKane that was a year ago, and you reply to it? plus blocking damage is significantly better than getting your shit rocked by a ragin tigrex, dodgin is better of course, but sometimes you cant or shuddnt risk it

@pillarofire To lure the hunter into a false sense of security, when in fact the SnS shield is not even worth using on this fight. Most of his attacks you'd want to block will bleed through anyways, and you get knocked back.
