Phase 2 is over yay! I am going on to phase3 Saturday for 21 days. 22 pds down 19 inches lost over all.

  • Hope you're still doing great! I am in Phase 2, day 13. I feel exhausted and have muscle and joint pain. I have been starving since day 7; but am sticking with the protocol. The first 6 days went well and brought my weight down 6 lbs.; I have lost nothing since then. I am exercising 1 hour each day; but am getting very disappointed. Any tips?

  • @beckyf41793 You may wan to try having an apple day or you may need to drink a tea that will help your bowls. I was stopped up really bad when I first did the protocal i started drinking supper dieters tea and wooo did it help.

  • on phase three, when you can't eat sugars or starches, what did you eat? sorry if you said it and i didn't catch it.

  • I been doing this HCG diet since July 1,2011 and have went from 360 down to 310. Its hard but it takes will power and dedication. All baked goods I eat two peices of talapia fish and green veggies. I eat a Nature trail chewy fiberbar in the morning w/ ten strawberries. I dont do any real dairy but yogurt. A piece of chicken breast and salad with balsamic vinegarette dressing. Desert I eat frozen fruit or fruitbar. But nothing thats extra sweet. Chicken, Fish, and Turkey, no oil. Variety is key.

  • Can u explain the different phases of the HCG that ur referring to or a website that explains it please?
