Lightning Nebula Test for Gratuitous Space Battles

I've always liked the flickering lightning style effect in the Mutara Nebula during Star Trek : the Wrath Of Khan, and this is my first go at sticking a simialr effect into the background of Gratuitous Space Battles. This will show up in selected scenarios after version 1.37

nice, but it would be better if we could see actual lightning arcing between the two banks of clould in the background

Amazing, the concept of fighting above the clouds in a storm-ridden system or with electrical storms blazing in nebulas is just amazing and would go miles to increase the atmosphere of this game (pun intended).
