hey ive got a peavey mark iii and it only works with the guitar turned down to almost no volume then when you turn the guitar up it cuts out does anyone know wat that is?

Wow!There isnt much to this thing..I just repaired one a few weeks ago but It was a dsl series I thought it was an MG.What a difference in components..That dsl is an awesome amp..I know it had the british flag on the back.All I had to do was replace the preamp tubes and bias it.I got a Fender Strat for the job..Yeay!

Is that all there is in that amp?! where the fuck is the rest of it?! also maybe the guy had shitty cables or his guitar was the problem
