Thanks for the video. I like that fences define that which is under my control to leave me untarnished by the neglect on the other side of the fences.

I didn't realise you had drystone walls in the US. I was contemplating filming some of our walls this Sunday, it's part of our landscape here in West Cork, Ireland. I love recongnising the personal style of some farmers,and tracing their work.

Wonderful poem and I love the pics of the drystone walls which we see less and less of on the moors and fells of Lancashire and Yorshire replaced by horrendous barbed wire.
