Something on the Ukulele - Paul McCartney cover

This is definitely one of the most beautiful songs ever. It was released first as a single by The Beatles in 1969, and later fatured on the Abbey Road album. According to TIME, The song's success continued after the breakup of The Beatles, when it was covered by over 150 artists including Elvis Presley, Shirley Bassey, Frank Sinatra, James Brown, Julio Iglesias, Smokey Robinson, Joe Cocker becoming the second-most covered Beatles song after "Yesterday".

Paul McCartney made a fantastic cover of this song on the "Concert for George", using first only a ukulele and continuing with the whole band. He later continued doing this version of the song on his solo performances around the world, including one in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 2008.

I was asked to cover his version of the song by the awesome members of the Israeli Beatles forum. Thank you guys!

I know I didn't switch to guitar in the middle, but I did the solo on the uke and proceeded with a slower, much more like the original pace. I got some ideas for the solo from the great ukulele player dominator, but I put my own interpretation into it as well. I hope you'll like it.

Well, as a huge George fan, I certainly do know... I even wrote it in the description.

I titled it as a "Paul McCartney" cover since I covered Paul's version of it on the Ukulele.
