Honestly, I think this song is open to so many different interpretations, but it is one of my favorite songs of all time.

This is the best scene you guys are right! I don't feel sorry for Raoul, the phantom really loved Christine, Raoul didn't even notice her in the beginning! And I wonder if he was really concerned about Christine's safety or he is just plain jealous of the phantom.
