  • im buying this shxtt

  • @CHEESYhairyGASH ya, pretty much the only advantage of multi monitor.

  • @Me102288 6,000 by 6,000 = 36,000,000. That would be something!

  • @Gr8rThenU ya, I agree, gaming aside, for working in CAD and multi dimension is the handiest thing I've ever done,

the only1 moniter thing that big I've seen for gaming is a kinda domed thing ya sit halfway in. last I heard the this was more then $30k ouch..

  • @Emexrulsier I dont think I've explained what I mean crrectly.

I mean 1 monitor sat in 1000x1000 in total is 1 million pixels.

6 moniters at 1000x1000... you end up with 6 million pixels.aka 6000 pixels by 6000 pixels.

back in the day? which one, the old vacuum tube projection? I believe mine was 4by3

but really I'm not talking about the aspect ratio, you can probably arrange them however ya like.

far as I know everything was a ratio from 4by3 as a universal standard

  • @Me102288 It's wrong to say xyz is native to monitors a monitor can effectively have any native resolution. What you do found though is that more monitors nowadays are using 16:9 aspect ratio when back in the day it was either 4:3 (eg 1600x1200, 16:10 (1680x1050) or 5:4 (1280x1024).

Further to that you really just read up on resolutions and maybe into monitors and things like under/over scan etc because its clear you actually don't know what you are talking about

  • why i wouldnt buy a multi display setup?

    1- too expensive

    2- heavy on the GPU

3- those black strips in the middle

4- buying a good 27´´ monitor is more than enough for me

  • @Me102288

Everyone can build borderless displays. The reason for borders nowdays is protection and NO technical reason. The displays they use are made for single display USE not for multipledisplay gamming...

Ohh its a samsung what a funny trolls, they should shame for that lame product.

For me personally (no offence) this multi display this way is shit, just so lame...

by the way look for borderless tv's SL90 for example

  • @mikeallensonntag one 40 inch moniter at 1000x1000 DOES NOT = 6 moniters at 1000x1000

think about it.. 6 moniters, at 1000 horizontal lines EACH....

a 1000by1000 res on a moniter 6 feet wide would look like crap

your viewing "angle has everything to do with wat the games native rewsolution is.. if it 1600by 900 on a 4000 by 4000 6 moniter setup you will get you ratio. IF the game displays anything over that. THUS it has to magnify the image to fit on the screen(s)
