Michael has been in the alternative health field since 1990. This is the first 10 minutes of the video. This DVD will show you how to grow wheatgrass, sunflower sprouts, pea greens and buckwheat lettuce. Michael teaches you how to soak, sprout, grow and juice your greens at home just like the pros. • Can you still get all the minerals and good stuff if you use growing medium to grow wheatgrass and not soil or dirt?

  • @ncastroclan You get many nutrients from soil. That is certainly the best way to grow your grass or sprouts. Michael is an advocate for getting the earth back in your food. That being said, you still can grow wheatgrass hydroponically. If that is what you mean. Donna at Wheatgrass Greenhouse.

  • @cavies12345 Search up wheatgrass trays on ebay, they have 10X20 trays that i bought just last week with the holes in it and i love them? costed about 15 bucks alltogether for 5 of them. but they cost 8 dollors but you beed to pay shipping an handling adding up to about 15

  • Where can i get the large plastic trays from to grow the wheat grass please?

  • Hey, so i am have to buy grass, only from Food store? Thanks

  • Hello, I am very confused as to when to harvest my wheatgrass. The video mentions when the blade starts to split. This seems to be happening when the grass is only 3-4 inches high. Does anyone have a close up pic of what it should look like for optimum harvest? Aslo, if I buy a tray of grass from my local store it seems to be MUCH sweeter then when I grow it! Any ideas why?

    Thanks,

    Patrick

  • @2011Queenn If you have any Health Foods stores in your area they should sell seeds in bulk. I got my seeds @ WholeFoods the other day for $1.25/lb. Very CHEAP and it works great.

  • Wear did you buy you seeds for sprouts?

  • Phenomenal video clip Michael, thanks for posting :)
