Sheltie Puppy playing with Cat

@LesPaulRockerProduct - shelties are not as destructive as some breeds, but dogs are social creatures and really shouldn't be left alone all the time, or can develop issues. As for the "try to escape" no shelties don't tend to run off, but they certainly might if they have no bond with you. I've never had a dog try to run off but then I put in the time to train it properly and build a strong bond such that they pretty much follow me around. Health - buy from a good breeder.

Hahaha, i think this is a sheltie/mane coon thing my sheltie puppy doesnt get the hint that my bosses maine coon hates her.

is he a miniature sheltie?
-
Our sheltie used to do that to our cat all the time, until she had enough. Now he's only following her while she looks away, but he'll run if she turns around. xD

That cat punches harder than any cat I've ever seen!

@XxReJoycexX - No, this is a maine coon. They look fairly similar though.

@ringoisawesome Perhaps, but that is a very typical Maine Coon meow. It definitely does not match their size!

ive got some questions : ive read that shelties should not be left unsupervised, are they destructive? do they try to escape when your back is turned? and how is there health?

@LesPaulRockerProduct - agree with most of those comments. Shelties do tend to be food hounds, and mine will all get into the cabinets and any snacks they can find when they are left alone. Otherwise mine are pretty well behaved on their own, but I do crate them until old enough to be safe. Mine would never run off, they are more like velcro attached to my side! But I work hard to establish a good bond with my dogs, it's all the time you put into it that matters most.
