The Illinois legislature has passed a bill ending the Death Penalty in the state. This bill is now on Governor Quinn's desk awaiting his signature.

If these people are unhappy with the US death penalty, they should get on a plane and go and live in Europe.

@FuroraCeltica Not a bad idea, actually. I'll be looking into dual citizenship if things get any worse. Hell, if it gets much worse, I may defect entirely.
