The perfect dancer wouldn't move while turning, but there is no such thing as a perfect dancer, but if there were... she'd be a perfect dancer. That was amazing.

What is she grabbing? lol, super amazing, though it didn't quite fit musicality. I think it might have been the camera angle, since it looks like her leg is turned in when she's in 2nd and coming back to passe, pause at 0:21. She definitely earned all those awards.
