The Apprentice Boys' march and the subsequent Battle of the Bogside and its effect on Belfast put British troops on the streets of Northern Ireland until 2007.

  • A bunch of stinkin trampy fenian cunts they all should have been shot dead

  • goodbye to the bad old days.... move on

  • riot police at 3:20 throwing stones. hope he died of nut cancer.

  • @LordWellington15 Sadly you think it is, the whole world knows you're wrong and rather pathetic. Enjoy the status while it lasts. The Gardai will be patrolling the streets of Ballymena and Belfast soon.... You're being outnumbered by a faster growing native population. If your ancestors were alive today, they would be shocked at how your community has not only lost it's one-time identity, but also become even smaller in size! 45 million Irish Americans control you x)

  • @UnknownOconnor Um, no actually Israel controls us, why do you think we are in the middle east right now? But at at the end of the day Northern Ireland is forever BRITISH! And you know it is.

    God Save The Queen!

  • @LordWellington15 You wouldn't because the Gardai would slot you if even raised a finger. Then you'd be imprisoned in Portlaoise Prison with IRA inmates! The U.S controls the UK btw.... You would be speaking German now if it wasn't for the U.S being forced out of isolationism. The U.S dictates what policy the U.K displays to Ireland - our strong Irish American lobby in the U.S forced Britain to back-down. Now that the balance is shifting here, see who's in charge of you soon. Settlers - GO HOME

  • @UnknownOconnor The US is not part of the UK, or the Commonwealth for that matter, therefore their opinion I worth f*ck all. Stop trying to believe something that is not true, stop living in your fantasy world where everything is happy and unified. Honestly, say you did have a united Ireland, what then would you do with all the Protestants and Unionists there. You have rioting in the streets 24/7. Take your bullshite elsewhere, in some other imagination land of yours.

  • @LordWellington15 Enjoy the status while it lasts.... America is now behind Ireland on reunification - the Democrats adopted an official party policy favoring Irish reunification. Also acknowledged by Britain recently. Plus a faster growing population bolstered by people moving up here - 1,000 every week to be more precise. Gets you, doesn't it?

  • @UnknownOconnor So hold on here. Northern Ireland is rightfully British, in the maps, its British. On the globes its British. In the books it is British. The IRA are nothing. They are no more. Stop believing in something that doesn't exist. Northern Ireland is and will remain British, and you know it. So once again, take your Republican BS somewhere else.

  • @LordWellington15 The IRA are fighting legitimate targets to free our land from colonial rule. By dancing your orange monkey's to the world, it showed everyone what a pathetic bunch of manipulative and identity chauvinistic crowd you really are. Plus, when you tried to march through native Republican areas (where you're not wanted), it displays a clear bigoted agenda on your behalf. You're a hypocrit when that's exactly what you've done - surrendered.
