This video is a dedication to a little turtle I freed in 2005. Also I would like to dedicate this video to my Youtube Sister, Katherine (sngrmnsthsm). For some reason I feel very connected to this turtle. I love turtles since I was a little girl. Last year I went to visit my little turtle at the lake you see in this video. I prayed for him to show up. My prayer was answered. When I got to the lake, my little turtle showed up right in front of me. He sticks his head up high as though he's trying to talk to me. I was with him for a long time and then said goodbye to him. He did not want to leave me. I told him to swim away for his safety. He reluctantly did what I told. He kept looking at me. What a miracle! I went to visit him again on Saturday, June 27, 2009, but this time I didn't get to see my little turtle. I was there for about an hour. A green frog showed up instead. No matter what I did to the frog, the frog would not move and would not leave the scene the whole time I was there. Hope my little turtle is doing fine...

Most of the scenes you see here were shot in Pelham, New Hampshire, U.S.A. (where my little turtle lives) on June 27, 2009 and others were shot in Kampong Speu and Battambang, Cambodia in 2008. A Buddhist monk in the video is my Great Buddhist Master, the Most Venerable Dhammathero Khon Sao.

  • Jendhamuni, This video just made my day more relaxing watching the footage and listening to the serene rhythm of music. I like turtles too! I hope that he (turtle) is all good and happy!

  • Thank you so much Sunsaa. I can't believe you like turtles too! Yes, I hope my turtle is doing well. I'm a little worried when the frog showed up at the spot where my turtle came to see my last time. Seemed like the frog was trying to tell me something. I missed my little turtle!

  • Dearest Lotus Sister, I wish I could make the clear video like your video. I love this video, Dearestest Sister.

  • Jendhamuni, i like the story to this video. It shows that nature, or all of life, is ready to communicate with us. I think the more you are in touch with yourself the more of these nice interactions can take place.

Love, Peace & Happiness to you,

    Jort.
