Proper bug use is to rock the hand back and forth in a side to side motion, not pinching the paddles. Pinching the paddles might be okay from an iambic keyer use but avoid the fatigue factor on those thumb and fingers. Also, consider closing the gap on that bug. 73, Bill

" You can use that bug ok , but you might find it less tiring and smoother to cut down on those contact spacings . Try resting your hand on the bench as if you were using an el bug paddle . With a correctly adjusted key , it should be effortless .
