How to roast the perfect head of garlic!!

Cut off top third of the head of garlic in order to expose all the cloves. Drizzles with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and put in a tin foil tent. Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour until golden brown. Let cool and squeeze out cloves. ENJOY!!

  • Can it be stored? If so how long will it stay fresh for?

    Thanks

    Katie

  • @sxyynggrl4u Absolutely!! Still squeeze the cloves out once it has cooled enough to handle (if you store it in the fridge intact it will be difficult to get the cloves out later) then store in a container, in the fridge for up to 5 days. I many times make this ingredient ahead of time and have notices no difference when adding it to sauces and other dishes! Enjoy!!

  • Perferct!
